Stonehenge BOM Class
I will be teaching a Block of the Month at Pine Tree Quilt Shop in Salem, NH. The BOM is using the Stonehenge collection. This BOM was designed by Marti Michell using her template sets B & template set D. At first I was hesitant to attempt this quilt. I have never used templates. I […]
Kudos for Miss Rosie’s Quilt Co.
I have always loved the patterns from Miss Rosie’s Quilt Co. I have couple of the Schnibbles patterns. They use the 5″ charm packs. I purchase another pattern entitled “Winter White”. I love flying geese patterns. The other day my husband came to me with the pattern and asked if it was important. I looked […]
Memory Quilts
Over the years I have made a few memory quilts. I have also quilted memory quilts made by customers. Memory quilts come in all shapes and sizes, from wall hangings, to something to cuddle under on the couch, or even bed size. Memory quilts can be made from a loved one’s clothes; neck ties, dress […]

No design wall needed. You just sew. That’s what makes it fun! The finished size on the pattern is 76″ x 94″ but you can make it […]
Teaching at Pine Tree
I have a couple more classes coming up at Pine Tree Quilt Shop. The first on is Anything Goes Star Tessellation. I love this pattern. I took this class from the pattern designer. I had always wanted to make a star tessellation quilt but didn’t want to do the advanced planning needed to create the […]

Mystery Quilt Workshop
I have always loved doing Mystery Quilts. A Mystery Quilt is one in which you are given fabric requirements and cutting instructions, but do not know what the final quilt will look like. A few of the local quilt shops have presented Mystery Quilts as a part of a shop hop. Now I will be […]
Asian Stack-N-Wack

MVQ Ribbons
This weekend was the Merrimack Valley Quilters Guild Annual Quilt Show. (Boy, that’s a mouth full.) I was pleasantly surprised. The Mystery Blue quilt I entered to be judged won two ribbons. One for 2nd Place for Machine Quilting, the other for 3rd Place in the Large Quilt Category. My good friend Carol Sullivan also […]
